Arrival and Departure
Guests must check in between 16:00 and 20:00 hours on the day of arrival. Guests must vacate by 10am on the day of departure. Any alternative must be agreed in advance in writing.
Children of all ages are very welcome. We have tried to ensure the property is child friendly. All parents must be responsible for their children at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur whilst on our premises.
Damages, Breakages & Cleaning
Guests undertake to keep the premises, furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. Guests also undertake to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and order as when they arrived. Guests shall be liable for any damage and breakages which may occur or excess cleaning that is required. Sole interpretation of this will be by us. Guests understand that the villa is not a hotel and must ensure a satisfactory state of cleanliness upon departure.
A security deposit of €200 is paid with the deposit on booking. If upon departure the state of cleanliness is satisfactory and nothing is damaged, lost or broken, the security deposit will be returned to you within two weeks after your departure. We reserve the right to replace or repair any breakage and to deduct the costs from the security deposit accordingly. Breakage, loss or damage may postpone the security deposit's refund until after the repair/replacement has been done. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover repair/replacement costs, guests are liable to pay any additional costs.
Number of persons
The number of persons staying must not exceed the number declared in the booking form and should not exceed 6 in any event. Any number of persons exceeding this will be asked to leave immediately and the security deposit will automatically be forfeited.
Guests cannot hold us responsible for any injuries caused by their or someone else's negligence. We cannot under any circumstance be held responsible by guests for any personal injuries, damages or theft in any way connected to guest rental of our property. The renting contact is responsible for any degradation on the property and its contents by own fault or by guests.
We or our representative are to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time whether occupied or not.
Travel & Cancellation Insurance is the guests' personal responsibility.
Final payment is required two months prior to your holiday date. If you fail to pay we reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-let the property.
If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday this contract is legally binding. For cancellation more than eight weeks months before starting you will lose your deposit only. For cancellation less than eight weeks before starting you must still pay the full cost of the holiday. In such cases we will try to re-let the property for the period booked. If successful a refund of monies will be paid less the deposit. If we are unable to re-let the property then you will be liable to pay the full cost of the holiday. Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent by Recorded Delivery post.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking, and the right to cancel any booking already made, if the property becomes unavailable, subject to us refunding in full any sums you have paid, but shall not be under any other liability.
If guests fail to observe any of the conditions, we will have the right to require guests to vacate the property at once without any recompense.
We endeavour to ensure you have an enjoyable and successful holiday. Should you have a problem or be dissatisfied please let us know by telephone or email and we will try to resolve. If you do not, then no liability for any subsequent claim will be accepted or correspondence entered into.
