Is it easy to get to?

Yes the nearest airport is the brand new Alicante Airport which is an easy 45 mins on AP-7 motorway. Simply follow signs as per directions below. Alternatively you can fly to Valencia (75mins) or Murcia (90mins), again mostly well signed motorway.

Is the property available for shorter of longer breaks?

Are there any additional charges?

Prices are fully inclusive of booking fees, linen, final clean, Wi-fi, electricity and gas. There are no additional charges!

Is a car essential?

No. It is a 600m walk from the villa (downhill) to Puerto Blanco beach and 800m (up-hill) to Calp old town. However, a car is obviously useful for heavy shopping and exploring the area.

Are there supermarkets nearby?

Yes there is a wide selection, all within a 5 min drive back on the main road into Calpe. Find printable directions to the supermarkets here.

Can I hire a cot?

Yes, by prior agreement.

Arrival time:

Between 16:00 and 20:00 hours, unless agreed in writing.

Departure time:

Before 10 am unless agreed in writing.

What if we have a problem while we are on holiday?

We endeavour to ensure you have an enjoyable and successful holiday. Our keyholders are extremely helpful and speak English. Should you have a problem or be dissatisfied please contact them immediately with the number provided by e-mail. Where can I find the booking form?

Can I take my pet?

Not unless specifically agreed in writing.

Essential to take:

Beach towels. These are not provided. E111 for any medical emergencies.

Good to take:

Swimming stuff, beach items.

Don't need to take:

Duvets, pillows, cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment. Villa is fully equipped.

Parking

Prices include parking for maximum two cars adjacent to the villa.
